McKern and Associates is structured in a way that means you will have a dedicated Team of Accountants looking after you and your business. We have a qualified and experienced Client Manager heading up each team, made up of Accountants with varying levels of education and experience, from our Team Leaders, right through to our under-graduate Accountants. By implementing this Team Structure, we are able to ensure that even though Damien isn’t always available to you at short notice, your Client Manager would be. And then in their absence, you can rely on team of Accountants who already have knowledge and experience with your files and particular circumstances.
The Team Structures also enable us to ensure that the work is carried out by a person with the appropriate skill-set, and at the right cost. Our in-house and external training ensures that even our younger Accountants are reliable when it comes to preparing Financial Statements and Tax Returns and all other compliance work, and our teams are well-equipped to train the younger Accountants. All complex advice will be handled by the senior Accountants, and our Client Managers are reviewing all work prepared by their teams.
So from simple compliance work through to complex structuring and business advice, we can provide a service that will ensure you always have access to someone in our office who understands you and your business.
